The support of Videoforart

Even a narrative needs editing
A continuous sense of wonder and a passionate gaze have led to the capture of thousands of photos and hours of video footage. Site visits, project moments, construction, transportation, and final placement have been extensively documented. During the construction of Sweet Home, Videoforart collaborated on professional shoots and interviews with the working team. The produced materials are abundant, of varying quality, requiring careful selection and organization.

A preliminary edit of the video narrative has been prepared for participation in the Art Video Festival at Konzepthaus Laboratorium in Thun.

Videoforart is a non-profit association dedicated to promoting the understanding of contemporary art and architecture through multimedia communication, particularly video. Its founding members are Lorenzo Baldi (filmmaker), Lilana Carugati (filmmaker), Umberto Cavenago (artist), Ermanno Cristini (artist and promoter of Project Space Riss(e)), Andrea Fonzi (entrepreneur), Franco Marrocco (artist and lecturer at the Brera Academy), Roberto Pugina (former teacher at the artistic high school in Varese), and Giampiero Zanzi (collector).

Videoforart originated from the experience of L&L Videoforart, the personal project of Lorenzo Baldi and Liliana Carugati, which compiled their (occasional) works from the years between 1989 and 2013. From that point, it began to evolve around this platform.
